Dr. Shekh Abdullah-Al-Musa Ahmed is Assistant Professor in the Department of Computing and Information System at Daffodil International University (DIU). Before joining
DIU, he was Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Information and Communication
Technology and Department of Computer and Communication Technology at Universiti Tunku
Abdul Rahman (UTAR), in Malaysia. He has also worked at Bangladesh University of Business
and Technology (BUBT) and Stamford University, Bangladesh. Dr. Ahmed obtained his B.Sc (Hons.) in Computing from UCSI University, Malaysia, a master’s degree in Engineering in Information System Security from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), and his doctorate from University Malaysia Kelantan (UMK). He has published frequently on cyber security, IT risk management, and educational research. He has received various recognitions and awards in research and innovation competitions at the national and international levels.

Gaël-Georges Moullec is a specialist in Russian History and the history of the international communist movement. Having served as a staff officer at NATO Headquarters, he is currently lecturer at the University of Paris XIII and the Polytechnic University of Valenciennes, and Associate Researcher and Chair of Geopolitics at Rennes School of Business. He is the author of eight books including Moscou – 1917: Les rapports d’Albert Remes, consul du Royaume de Belgique and Trois instants de printemps, le renseignement diplomatique soviétique dans la France gaulliste.

Mustafa Kayyali, Ph.D., is an ardent advocate for excellence in higher education, driven by a relentless pursuit of quality, recognition, and innovation. As the Manager of HE Higher Education Ranking, he leads initiatives that play a crucial role in shaping the landscape of academia. Having earned a Master's in Quality Management and Evaluation in Higher Education from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, followed by a Ph.D. in Quality Management from Azteca University, his academic pursuits have laid a strong foundation for his expertise in Accreditation, Quality Assurance, and Higher Education Rankings. Dr. Kayyali has made significant contributions to academic literature, boasting more than 30 published papers and 10 book chapters. Additionally, he takes pride in his role as a translator, having translated five books, thus bridging language gaps and promoting knowledge exchange on a global scale. In recognition of his expertise, Dr. Kayyali serves on the British Accreditation Council’s Accreditation Committee, the Slovenian Quality Assurance Agency as an International Expert, and the Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education AKOKVO as an Accreditation Expert. His international engagements also include being an expert for the Kosovo Accreditation Agency KAA and the ECBE - European Council for Business Education, as well as serving as a Lead Auditor at the Centre of Assessments for Excellence (COAE). Dr. Kayyali has also submitted a patent to USPTO about rankings entitled Holistic & Multidimensional Ranking Methodology for Universities. As an entrepreneur, researcher, translator, and publisher, Dr. Kayyali is deeply involved in various facets of the academic world. His diverse interests encompass management, translation, interpretation, and academic consulting, contributing to a well-rounded understanding of the education industry.

Dr. Kenya Mitchell is an author, researcher, and instructor whose work focuses on achieving equity for individuals who live at the intersections of race, disability, and gender in medical and higher education contexts. During her career, Dr. Mitchell has received a number of awards, including being named a 2020 Digital Pedagogy Fellow for her research in the field of Writing, Rhetoric, and Composition. Dr. Mitchell holds a master’s degree in Language and Literacy from Harvard University’s School of Education and a Ph.D. in Writing Rhetoric and Composition from University of California Davis’s School of Education.

Rinat Nugayev graduated in physics from Kazan State University, studied astrophysics at the Moscow Institute of Space Research, and received graduate degrees in physics and philosophy from Moscow State University and the Moscow Institute of Philosophy. He began teaching at Kazan State University in 1982, becoming Professor of Philosophy in 1993. He has also taught at Indiana University and the Tatarstan Academy of Science, where he chaired the department of philosophy and sociology. The author of twelve books and over 50 articles, Nugayev is married and has two children.

Tomáš Klvaňa is Visiting Professor at New York University Prague and a senior international consultant. He was a Shorenstein Fellow at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, served as the Press Spokesperson and Policy Adviser to the President of the Czech Republic, and was Special Coordinator for the Czech government’s missile defense program. Dr. Klvaňa co-founded the Aspen Institute Central Europe and served on its board. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, where he received the Distinguished Leadership Award for Internationals, and an M.A. from Charles University in Prague. Dr. Klvaňa is married with two daughters and lives in Prague.

Julian Young, a New Zealand philosopher, is W. R. Kenan Jr. Professor of Humanities Emeritus at Wake Forest University and Honorary Research Associate at the University of Auckland. His sixteen books have been translated into many languages. His Friedrich Nietzsche: A Philosophical Biography won the Association of American Publishers 2010 PROSE award for philosophy. Apart from postmodernism, his main interests are nineteenth- and twentieth-century German philosophy, the philosophy of art, religion, opera and tragedy, and the meaning of life.

Elizabeth Weiss is a controversial and world-renowned anthropology professor, specializing in the analysis of human skeletal remains. For much of her career she was based at San Jose State University, where she curated one of the largest collections of skeletal remains in the US. She is the author of numerous books and articles, and she played an essential role in bringing the Smithsonian’s traveling exhibition "What Does it Mean to be Human?" to the San Francisco Bay Area. She's been featured in the New York Times, Science and USA Today, and has been interviewed on Fox News and Newsmax. She currently lives in New York City, where she holds a visiting fellowship with Heterodox Academy.

Richard Rex retired from the University of Utah. He is the author of a collection of Chaucer essays titled The Sins of Madame Eglentyne, as well as Alice Muriel Williamson: The Secret History of an American-English Author and The Literary Career of W. B. Trites (Academica Press). He lives with his wife, Ines, on the Olympic Peninsula, in Port Angeles, Washington.

Alexander Mitjashin graduated and received his Ph.D. in Philosophy from St. Petersburg State University. After teaching philosophy, he is now retired. His books include The World and Language: The Ontology for Natural Language, Knowledge and Capitalism, Liberalism and Skepticism, Physics and Metaphysics, and The Epistemology of Experience.
